Urška Starc-Peceny, Chief Innovation Officer at Arctur. She is an expert on research in the collaboration of the design of smart cities and smart communities. She is one of the initiators of the concept of Tourism 4.0. Living between Slovenia and Vienna, where she is responsible for NASA Space Apps Challenge in Austria, she is also a university lecturer in smart-related topics.
