Tjaša is a project manager and international lead at Simbioza Genesis, a social enterprise that works on the issue of lifelong learning and empowering people through digital literacy and intergenerational cooperation. She holds an MA in diplomacy, with a special focus on social innovations and public diplomacy, and a BA in international relations. In the last 6 years, she hasgot to know the start-up ‘ecosystems’ in Slovenia and Austria, where she found her passion: empowering people through innovation. She has done various internships in Berlin and Vienna, as well as Ljubljana, and was also involved in some interesting initiatives and projects, such as AmCham Young Professionals, the Young Leaders Club, the AmCham Mentorship Program and TechCamp. One of her projects was awarded the European Award for Social Innovation SozialMarie. She sees intergenerational cooperation as the richest dialogue of the future, and finds her motivation in creating impact and generating social change within her area of work.
