Mr Matthew Jacobs is a digital coordinator for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the US Department of State. He serves as the chief digital policy officer and strategist for the Bureau, refining an approach to 21^st-century statecraft. He focuses on fostering communal resiliencies in the digital landscape. He founded the European Digital Diplomacy Exchange, an intergovernmental network committed to increasing members’ collective capacities to implement strategic digital communications.
