Holger Fabian Sahl is a strategic analyst at the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), headquartered in Warsaw. At Frontex, he runs the Emerging Threat Assessment and is lead author of the Quarterly Risk Analysis. In his previous role, he served as an analytical consultant at NATO HQ in Brussels. He holds degrees from Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
