Ana Stanič is an expert on international, EU and energy law. She regularly advises governments, international institutions and companies on issues such as maritime boundary disputes, concession agreements for the construction large-scale energy infrastructure, the right to self-determination, human rights and climate change. She has acted as counsel in numerous commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitrations and has appeared before the European Court of Justice. Most recently, Stanič has been advising on the inter-relationship between EU and international law and the implications of Brexit.
